Sandy Cuthbert has worked in the professional dance industry for over forty years specialising in contemporary dance and somatic practice. RSME.
Clare Novaes is Artistic Director and teacher at the Clare Novaes Ballet School Est 1998. Clare continues to develop her somatic practice in Authentic movement with Joan Davis and in BodyDreaming with Marion Dunlea.
The retreat will take place at Clare’s private studio space nestled in the countryside near Ballinderry.
